Greeters

Greeters manage the flow of congregants as they enter the church, answer questions, take up collections during Mass and above all...make sure our parishioners feel welcomed!

 

During the last year and a half while we dealt with COVID we had to find a way to be creatively safe and welcoming. We added greeters and cleaners to our list of parish ministries. It was only through the help of all these volunteers that we were able to gather in community again to celebrate the weekend liturgy. We no longer need to clean and sanitize before each liturgy but, we would like to continue to warmly welcome our parishioners and guests. We hope to have at least 2 people at each of the church doors before and after each mass to do just that. Please consider joining our Greeters Team so we can be sure that everyone who enters our doors will be greeted with a warm smile and a big “welcome”!
