Hosting Hospitality
Family Masses are scheduled about once every three weeks during the school year, and these masses are indicated on the parish calendar. A St. Josaphat School and/or Religious Education class "hosts" the Family Mass. This means that students from the class welcome mass-goers at the entrances, bring up the gifts, and read the 1st and 2nd Readings (5th Grade and above). Their families also provide the goodies for hospitality and provide volunteers to set up, serve, and clean up. The room parents will help with the organization of hospitality.
