Senior Leadership Team

The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) has been called to serve our staff, lay leaders and parishioners. Following a model of shared leadership with the pastor, they are united in carrying forward St. Josaphat Parish’s vision and mission. And in turn, they continue to raise up more leaders to share the vision and mission in all parish events and activities.

The Archdiocese of Chicago wants all parishes to implement Senior Leadership Teams composed of 4–6 members who share responsibility for the success of the parish with the pastor. They meet weekly, and co-own, with the pastor, the implementation of the parish vision and strategy for growth. They participate in the governing responsibility of the pastor by supporting day-to-day pastoral activity.
