Dear Tina Smat & Kevin Manning,

It is my pleasure to introduce myself, Will Veitch, as project manager for the upcoming Church Roof and Exterior Wall Investigation & Repairs project, to be performed at the St. Josaphat Church.

The Berglund management team is cc'ed here. Jack Tribbia and Steve Maggio will remain involved. I will be taking on the daily correspondence, scheduling, subcontracting for the project.

After our internal precon meeting today, we have identified Monday, May 12 as our official start of work date, beginning on the main roof east parapet wall and continuing onto the north elevation, east end.

I'd like to invite you to meet with us at your convenience to further discuss the logistics of our on-site work, including circulation disruptions, noise and debris expectations, etc. Please provide some possible dates and times for this kick-off meeting and I will provide a Microsoft Teams link. We would be happy to meet in-person on-site if you would prefer.
