Hi Max (and everyone else so we are on the same page),


I spoke with Marcos. V&R needs 3 hours to clean the gym, lower hall and bathrooms.

Fr. Grassi's 50th Anniversary party will begin immediately following Mass around 11a (likely closer to 11:30a) Sunday. We really don't know how many to expect but are planning for around 200 - could be a lot more, could be a lot less. My guess is that Fr. Grassi will be tired after about 1.5 - 2 hrs, and although we have the gym until 3pm we will likely be finished closer to 1:30p or 2p - but we do not want to rush Fr. Grassi. We will be serving food and beverages so the floor needs to be cleaned before the volleyball clinic (we don't want accidents because of juice spills, etc). Sean/Emily/Dorothy can you please try to round up some help to move the tables against the north wall of the gym after the party? 

I suggested that V&R arrive at 1pm and begin cleaning the lower hall (unless we are already out of the gym). They can check the gym again around 1:30 and 2p to see what our status is, and as soon as we are out they will move the tables onto the stage and start cleaning the gym floor. In the event that they cannot finish the floor by 3p, they should be very close to finishing. After the gym is clean they will resume the lower hall and bathrooms until 4p.

Max, would you please give your volleyball clinic coach a heads' up that there is a possibility that the cleaning crew may need a little more time to finish cleaning the gym floor before they begin? V&R will do their best to finish the gym by 3p.

Marcos please make sure there are extra trash can liners, paper towels and a spray bottle with cleaning solution in the area behind the south door of the stage.
