If you have 10-12 kids and you crack the whip like I did, you can get it done in 1.5 hours.
I would set up kids in pairs, and have 1 gather letter, card, offertory envelope in groups, and the other stuff
then after all that's done
have 1 seal and the other stamp
then we need to advise rafael that he will have a big pickup the next day.
