Parish Service Awards
St. Josaphat's Feast Day is on November 12th every year. You can read more about St. Josaphat here.
Every year we celebrate St. Josaphat's Feast Day at the Sunday 10am Mass (if November 12th is not a Sunday, we celebrate the Sunday immediately following November 12th). We present the St. Josaphat Parish Service Awards to parishioners who have been giving outstanding and generous service through a parish ministry or parish-related volunteer activity. St. Josaphat was all about bringing greater unity among Christians. He was a Martyr who believed in uniting everyone to Christ. This feast is a perfect time to show our appreciation to parishioners who have strived to show that unity through their service to our parish.
About the Parish Service Awards
Please consider any parishioner you feel should be recognized for his or her outstanding service to the parish and let us know why. Awards are given in the following areas:
Lifetime Award is presented to a volunteer who truly embodies the unity of our parish. This is someone whose deep faith and long-standing commitment touches many areas of parish life.
Prayer & Worship Award is given to volunteers whose dedicated involvement helps bring our weekly liturgies to life.
Human Concerns Award recognizes volunteers whose service reaches beyond our parish and into the wider community.
Evangelization Award honors those who actively invite others into a deeper relationship with Jesus.
Faith Formation Award is awarded to a parishioner who teaches by example through a strong commitment to their faith.
Youth Ministry Award is presented to young people who demonstrate what it means to be part of a community of believers and help connect other youth to the life of our parish.
