“Qui canit bis orat” translates to “the one who sings prays twice”—apocryphally attributed to St. Augustine. Heighten your own experience of the Mass, and the Mass experience for others, by joining vocal force with others in the St. Josaphat Adult Choir. We need you!
Our choir season begins in September. If you or someone you know loves to sing, this is a perfect time to consider joining our music ministry.
The Adult Choir schedule includes Wednesday evening rehearsals and, on average, two Sundays per month. All that is required is a willing spirit and a functioning larynx! Music reading skills are helpful but NOT required. Ages 14 years and up are welcome!
Children in grades 4–8 are invited to sing with the Children’s Choir. Wednesday afternoon rehearsal, and approximately one Sunday Mass per month.
