Each year, St. Josaphat parishioners and school families generously participate in the annual Giving Tree. This ministry coordinates the needs of partnering organizations with the generous spirit of our parishioners, providing gifts and donations to local organizations and families in need at Christmastime.
This year, we are supporting families and individuals at the following organizations:
- Academy of St. Benedict the African
- Don's Helping Hands (St. Josaphat Outreach)
- Kolbe House (Prison Ministry)
- New Neighbors Program (Refugee Ministry)
- St. Simon of Cyrene
- Women’s Care Center Chicago
- The Vistas Residences & Little Sisters of the Poor (Aging Outreach)
If you are able to provide a gift(s) to support these individuals or families, please select a wish list tag from the tree in the back of the church or choose a recipient online from the Giving Tree SignUpGenius list. Please deliver the gifts to the rectory no later than Friday, December 4.
Please send gifts directly to Kolbe House and the Women’s Care Center Chicago.
Another way to participate in the Giving Tree is to help load cars and drive gifts to the organizations – which is also essential and a great opportunity for service hours!
See the Giving Tree page to sign up for the Giving Tree online or to help load cars and deliver gifts to the organizations
Thank you in advance for supporting the 2026 Giving Tree!
Please contact Amanda & Carol Galuhn ([email protected]), our Giving Tree Organizers, with any questions. Merry Christmas!
