We could certainly have the Baptisms at St. Josaphat on Saturday, June 10th.  I know Fr. Wall very well and he is most welcome to Baptize the other child. Since we will have 2 presiders, it is definitely easiest to do it outside of a Mass.  We can have it at any time on Saturday.  Whatever works best for all of you. When you settle on a time and can confirm Fr. Wall's availability, simply contact Tina and she will get all of the information she needs from you.  I have cc her so she has a heads up on what we're planning.Thanks,Fr. Francis

So, Baptism… It’s a bit of a circus

We are looking at June 10th (Saturday) because Ellen’s sister, Lynne, is due with their second kid, also a girl, on February 1st. Jack Wall is a friend of my brother-in-law’s family, so he did the first Baptism at Old St. Pats. Lynne and Ellen want to do the Baptism together to make it easier on the family and travels. 

So, here are my numerous and complicated asks:

  1. Can we have a Baptism for the two kids on Saturday, June 10th at St. Josaphat?
  2. Could we have the Baptism outside of Mass (not my desire, but will probably make things easier)?
  3. Would you Baptize Cecilia?
  4. Could Jack Baptize Lynne’s baby?
  5. What do you need from us to make this all official?
