Mass Reservations

Wondering about coming back to church?

MASS RESERVATION FAQs

Everyone who attends a Mass or a service in church needs to make a reservation.

Your health and safety is important to us!  We have carefully selected and blocked pews in our church to insure that we are in compliance with local, state and archdiocesan guidelines on social distancing.  We need your phone number and email address to make sure we can reach you for potential contact tracing.

How do I reserve my space to attend church?

Tuesday 7:00-8:00 pm Holy Hour of Prayer:

Watch our eBulletin and our Events Calendar for Tuesdays when we will be open for Holy Hour of Prayer, Eucharistic Adoration and Reconciliation.  Reserve a row for you and anyone who comes with you to sit in.  The row will be yours for the entire hour, feel free to come and go as you please.

Friday 8:00 am Mass:

Reserve a row on Fridays at 8:00 am for our Weekday Mass at St. Josaphat.

Sunday 10:00 am Mass:

An email with a link to make your reservation for Mass is sent to all registered parishioners at 12:00 noon on Fridays. If there are any spots available, the link is sent to all of our contacts on Saturday morning.
Not a parishioner?  Register here.  It's free!  And you can be registered at more than one parish, FYI.
If you have already been to Sunday Mass in person, please wait until 5pm on Friday to register to attend Mass. The idea is that we will expand availability so that everyone who wants to attend, can.

Important!

If we don't have the minimum number of Greeter and Cleaner volunteers required, we will not be able to have attendees in the church.  This will be communicated to the parish. If you are interested in helping with this ministry, please contact Kelly Smith (kellyqtml@yahoo.com) or Diana McCartney (McCartneyDiana@yahoo.com).  For more information, click here.
